清明節(jié)的習(xí)俗除了注重禁火、掃墓外，還包括搖擺、踩踏和植樹等一系列傳統(tǒng)體育活動。
1、搖擺：這是中國古代清明節(jié)的習(xí)俗。擺動，這意味著拉繩子和移動。它的歷史很悠久，最早被稱為千秋，后來為了避諱而改為秋千。
